School Committee · Meeting of June 29, 2026
Attleboro's School Committee approved new three-year contracts for teachers and school administrators Monday night. The deal with the Attleboro Educators Association, running July 2026 through June 2029, adds cost-of-living raises of 1 percent, 2.25 percent and 2.25 percent plus retention incentives up to 2 percent, for roughly a 10.5 percent cumulative increase; it also creates one week of paid parental leave. A separate agreement with the Attleboro Public Schools Administrators Association carries 2.5 percent raises each year, about 7.5 percent cumulatively, with its own new parental leave benefit.
Both passed unanimously after the committee returned from executive session at 7:34 p.m. The committee also approved $13,552.50 in year-end donations and a no-cost language addendum to the superintendent's contract. School Committee member Domenici praised the Studley PTO, saying "PTOs play an important part in helping the schools with their mission."
